CHROMATIC ESBL
ChromaticTM ESBL is a chromogenic medium used for detection of Extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL)-producing Enterobacteriaceae. ESBLs are enzymes that hydrolyze most penicillins and cephalosporins, inhibited by β-lactamase inhibitors such as clavulanic acid, sulbactam and tazobactam.
